Facility Hire Price – All inclusive of GST

Indoor Arena 60m x 20m
Individual use for exercising and schooling horses (access to toilets only)
- $30 per hour per horse – up to 4 horses
An extra $10 per hour per horse will apply if the indoor arena lights are used
Indoor Arena only is:
- $200 per 4-hour ½ day
- $350 per 8-hour day
- $600 per weekend (Friday night to Sunday night)
- Weekly price upon request
If the lights are required in the Indoor Arena an extra $10 an hour will apply to the above cost.
Workshops – Clinics – Competitions – Includes access to indoor and outdoor arena, uncovered yards and conference room
- $250 per 4-hour ½ day
- $400 per 8-hour day
- $700 per weekend (Friday night to Sunday night)
- Weekly price upon request
If the lights are required in the Indoor Arena an extra $10 an hour will apply to the above cost.
Meeting Room 10m x 6m
This room is equipped with 3 tables, seating for 50, lectern, whiteboard, heating, small refrigerator, pie warmer and mini kitchen.
- $45 up to 4 hours (morning, afternoon, or evening)
- $90 for a full day – up to 9 hours
- A data projector is also available for hire at a cost of $20.00
Outdoor Arena 60m x 20m
Workshops – Clinics – Competitions (with access to toilets)
- $150 per day per group
Casual Hire
- $20.00 per hour per horse
There are 4 uncovered yards on site and available upon request. Covered yards are not available. Please note we do not have yards available for overnight use. Own water and feed buckets are to be used. These yards are to be cleaned out and left in the same condition they were in upon arrival.
